Pluta Accountants is a family owned business with 10 staff and 2 Partners. The firm was started by Mr Michael Pluta, 30 years ago. Daniel has been working with the business for over 20 years and Natalie has been with the firm since 2001 after having moved from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Our specialisation is in Small Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses, assisting with their taxation, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting requirements. In particular, we have assisted a number of businesses through Mergers’ and large growth phases.
We have a strong background in all aspects of taxation. Our taxation expertise has been also sought in the following ways:

- Paid External Consultant for ATO (Invitation only) for the Quality Control Program since 2010 to present;

- Inclusion on Panel to Develop QLD Tax Practitioner Conference from 2008 to present;
- Various advices on behalf of clients in respect of Business Difficulties, Matrimonial Disputes, Partnership Disputes, Business Restructure, Sale of Business and Strategic Growth of Business.
